Area Map

Below is a guide to locating specific areas around Columbia, Lexington and Lake Murray, as well as a map to put it all in perspective.

The greater Columbia area, also known as the Midlands, is comprised of Richland, Lexington, Kershaw and Newberry counties with a total population over 550,000. Home of the state capital, Columbia is located in the geographic center of the state. All of South Carolina can be reached in just a three hour drive. Whether you'd like to visit the mountains, the beach or scenic Charleston, you are just a short drive away.
